Tropical environments can produce fungal growth resulting in development of mycotoxins, particularly Aflatoxin B1. By acting as a natural desiccant, AZ™ combats promotes dryer feed and better feed flow. When Aflatoxin does build up, the AZ™ has a particular affinity toward absorbing Aflatoxin B1. *Studies have shown addition of zeolite absorbs up to 96% of Aflatoxin B1 in feed.

AZ™ Poultry Feed
Unlike clays, AZ™ does not absorb valuable vitamins or minerals in the feed. There is a positive effect on the quality of poultry meat and eggs, increasing the level of full egg production. AZ™ binds bioamines, metabolites, and selectively adsorbs ammonia. AZ™ stabilises pH value in gastrointestinal tract, reducing the risk of acidosis. AZ™ prevents forage mixture contamination with mould and mycotoxins and cuts down total feed input. Makes poultry manure drier, thus decreasing the amount of waste. Decreases ammonia emission in the environment, including emissions from the animal production units.
